Dr. Neeraj is a true medical professional, with qualities that we seek in a Doctor-caring, gentle, compassionate and very mindful. He informs us about the condition of our teeth and gums, tells us what is exactly required to be done, prepares us mentally for it and then starts treatment. I went for my dental cleansing and to check the condition of my cap fitted earlier, a few years ago. Cleansing was done with absolutely no pain for me, and the caps, according to him, were still in good condition and needed no change. Now coming to the main point that impressed and touched me- 'no change required'.
Which doctor will give up an opportunity to fleece the patient and make money these days? Dr Neeraj did it by refusing to change my dental caps. I went with my nani as she was having trouble in eating her food. He recommended some extractions and implants later on.
Nani was initially skeptical about implants as she had not heard very good things from her friends but the whole experience and end results were amazing! Dr. Neeraj was polite, respectful, caring, always explained every procedure very well in a easy to understand manner, he answered all questions patiently. All communication regarding procedure, costing, future plan and appointments were clear. He also followed up on nani after the appointments which was also nice as that gave her reassurance and made her feel comfortable.
Later even I got my scaling and one filling done from him. Great overall experience. Pain free and hassle free.

After almost a couple of months of cat and mouse due to my schedule finally I was able to be present and get my checks done with Dr Neeraj, he was superb throughout the entire process. I went through a dental procedure after a lot of years so was naturally sceptical but he explained everything in such detail and clarity that by the time we started, I was like come on, let’s do this! And of course, he put on some lovely music for me. Proper VIP treatment. I had 2-3 cavities to be taken care of and it was all done with no fuss whatsoever, completely pain free.
The approach of treatment is what I appreciate the most, it never felt like I was just another patient for him. The care and attention is top. Super happy and I know who my go-to dentist is (although, his words were - I hope you don’t have to come to me a lot) and even that tells a lot about how he is as a Doctor.

The first time I heard of Metadent and Dr Neeraj Prasad, MDS ,was on our condominium group. The fact that the Dental Specialist provides home visits suited us immensely as my wife is home bound ,due to age and health conditions.
He won us over on his first visit with his lucid and clear explanation of line of treatment, the schedule and the cost and above all ,his pleasant bedside manner.
I am glad to report that the treatment was completed as planned and my wife,a super senior citizen, is comfortable with the new appliance ( a set of dentures) and is able to eat much better than before.
